History
The latest addition to the stable, I’m the third owner, bought off a mate, it had only done 16800km from new when I bought it.
These pictures are how good it looked when I purchased, and it still does.
I gave it a complete birthday, all fluids, tyres, cam belts and a polish.
The Weber carbie needed a bit of attension and did take me a bit of work to sort out, but now it runs and handles as good as it looks, not bad for a 32 year old bike.
Modifications
Added relays for the ignition switch bypass and coils, added relays for the Hi and Lo beams.
Changed tail/brake lamps to LED.
Changed all instrument lamps to LED.
Upgraded the battery and starter cables.
Engineered the auto-flickup sidestand to remain down until I want to put it up.
Ordered a Yamaha FZ750 twin headlight to replace the stock single, for cosmetic reasons only., now fitted after making a 1-2 umbilical wiring adapter.
