Me and my wife purchased this beautiful XE falcon the other day! It is an ex-taxi from Maryborough QLD. It was used as a taxi for the first 3 months of its life then put away as a pride and joy, best way to run them in I say. So we are the second owners of this sweet car and it came from a unique taxi fleet called Sheriff taxis and they were all black with red strips. This cars original colour is onix black. When the owner retired it from its taxi duties (due to injuries to himself) the red strips were removed and also the hale sign and meter. It has 269 000 on the clock and is all matching numbers (jg24au) which means Falcon 500 Taxi GL made in June 1982.
