History
Primarily used for club events, its not concourse, its used rain or shine.
Car number 269 in the first series Datsun 240Z, matching numbers, engine has been worked and it goes like stink! No one seems to know what was done to the engine but it performs very well indeed. Whoever built the engine knows what they are doing.
This is a car you could jump in and drive to Perth and back. A very usable classic. It makes a wow statement everywhere it goes.
Modifications
I restored seats using leather instead of vinyl. It has an alloy aftermarket radiator which works a treat keeping everything cool. The paint colour is not original but is much loved, its the way I bought it, very 70's. Wheels are typically aftermarket as most 240z's were sold with alloys back in the day. Otherwise its all original.
We do plan to air-condition it before next summer.
