History
The car was sold by Henlys Ltd London to Warboys Ltd, Chigwell, Essex. It is a "matching numbers" car, subsequently taken to New Zealand. Where it was eventually purchased and restored by Mr B Robertson, who bought it to Australia.
We purchased it through The Classic Throttle Shop, Sydney in 2007.
It has been used extensively since then. Twice been to Tasmania to take part in the "Tassie Classic" was seen at the RACV Club foyer for a month in 2008. And completed several "Fly the Flag"runs in Victoria.
Modifications
The XK150 has an alternator to replace the generator, and an electronic ignition in the distributor. It also is fitted with an electric fan and a water filter with a water recovery tank.
