Bought car from Lismore in 1984 as a rolling shell only, Car was striped clean and had no Interior or engine/running gear. So happened, I owned a GTR (Ex Police car) but, was written off due to a smash. Car had over $4k in panel beaters and 2k in paint. I was lucky, I could use parts and Interior from my GTR.
All numbers matched at Holden for GTR XU1 and its build.
