History
I bought this CB about 3 years ago with building a custom Cafe Racer in mind. After riding it for about a 6 months I finally decided to start pulling it apart. After pulling it apart I went tank hunting, so with frame over one shoulder and the seat I wanted to use in hand I was off. Off to the wrecking yards off coarse. After quite a while I found a tank that almost fitted over the back bone of my frame but most importantly matched my seat to a tee and changed the whole look of the bike. Over the next 6 to 8 months I tinkered around trying building the rear end back up with the help of some very skilled people. Once I had the tank and seat mounted I chucked the engine back in and started reassembling the beast. Long story short, after about 2 years she was finally back on the road and ready for some test runs and sorting out all the little niggles along the way. I can now jump on my custom own build CB750 and go for a ride with my buddies at the drop of a hat.
