History
Found this HZ a couple of years ago out at Bathurst, it had been in the one family for all it's life. Grandpa Spec and the exterior had had a closed door paintjob at some stage, interior VGC. Very low approx. 185,000 ORIGINAL k's. It came with the factory steel rims on it (plus Ford XY hubcaps for some reason?!)
I spent a heap on new gaskets, rubbers, suspension (lowered it a touch), hoses, brakes/lines, exhaust, carbie kit etc, totally rust-proofed it, repainted the orig air filter unit and the rocker covers (new stickers), motor was as clean as the top of the car by the time i finished it, and found the 'rarer' 6 slots mags and put on a new set of tyres.
I reluctantly sold it last year, due to a change in direction of the cars i wanted. Pic is whilst i was selling it..
