Modifications
Block:
Bored, honed, faced, sandblasted, acid bath will be resprayed to factory grey.
New: 3 1/8 Pistons, Rings, Gudgeon, and gudgeon pins, welsh plugs oil pump reconditioned oil pipes.
New 218-224 50 cam grind, Cam bearings, main bearings, Conrod bearings.
Head:
sandblasted acid bath, faced valves machine cut in port and polished new 186/202 valves, Heavy duty springs, spring retainer.
Lifters all refaced, pushrods cleaned and replaced bent ones.
New 4,2,1 extractors
Reconditioned twin stromberg carburettor, new air filters new linkage and dual fuel set up.
New electronic distributor, coil, leads, plugs,
New water pump, harmonic balance, steel timing gears.
Sump, side plate, oil can, rocket cover back to bare metal then resprayed with Holden factory grey
Oil breather, oil can bracket, engine mounts, gearbox cross member, bell housing cover plates, wire clips, bonnet hinges and springs, Bonnet latch, front top radiator support, generator, starter motor striped back to bare metal then resprayed
Gearbox: full reconditioned with Heavy Duty kit, new HD (220mm) clutch pressure plate, throw out bearing, spigot bearing, flywheel machined, new gear shift leavers and bushes sandblasted and resprayed Holden factory grey.
