History
Purchased by the current owner in mid 2004 for $500, what started as a necessary stop-gap has become a much longer term, evolutionary labour of love. While repairing and reconditioning, a practical and reliable street car has been the aim, including subtle modifications and improvements while maintaining a factory look.

Engine internals: bored 30 thou over, 1300 pistons, mild cam
Head: short turned and match ported, unleaded conversion
Induction: twin choke downdraft Weber
Exhaust: Pacemaker headers
Suspension: mild lowering, GAZ adjustable shocks
