Was working in Darwin when Series2 VF was released. Knew it was coming. Watched the live stream launch on Sunday, was at Kerry Holden Monday morning. Their first SSV Redline demonstrator arrived on Friday & was detailed & registered. I was first to drive it Saturday morning at 8am. I signed the order for BigRed at 845am ��. Factory build order. Optioned the 504 rear wing, black roof, blackout chrome trim, racing stripes, engine cover, body amour front splitter, tow package, darkest legal tint. BigRed was my daily for 18 months until I changed jobs and couldn’t justify buying it out of the lease. So I sold it to my best mate in Qld, and it spent the next 5 years towing his JetSki to the boat ramp and carrying his golf clubs to the course. And I regretted selling it immediately. When he was ready to move on to something new after 5 years, we did a deal and I was so excited to bring Big Red back home. My son and I flew to Qld and drove it home together on an epic Father / Son Road Trip.
