Ist registered to Mr H.A.Cornwell Buckinghamshire Council 1st December 1938. New log book issued 1st February 1944. Must assume that the car was used during the war, as a new log book would have been issued when the old one was full of petrol ration stamps. Owned by Mr H.G. Runham Cambridgeshire 8th January 1944-2nd March 1954. Owned by B&C Motors March 1954-August 1957. Bought by Mr Basil Briggs of Cambridgshire & later Adelaide in 1957 for the sum of 256 Pounds. In 1961 a factory supplied replacement engine was fitted. In 1962 the car was brought to Australia on the Oronsay. The car was restored in the late 70's & went back on the road in June 1980. I purchased the car from the son of basil Briggs in October 2012. New carpet & interior leather fitted April 2015.
