Bought via internet Car Sales . com from Victoria and shipped to QLD. Engine had been rebuilt by previous owner but siezed after a couple of turns when I tried to start it, removable cam spacer had been fitted with new cam which had a built in spacer, this allowed almost 3/8 inch end float. Cam lobe slid off the side of the cam follower resulting in cam follower being smashed and peices jamming engine. Engine has now had complete rebuild. Grandkids aged 9 and 5 think its cool and want me to pick them up after school every day.
Modifications
30 thou over bore, heads modified for unleaded fuel, stroked from 390 CI to 410 CI, new oil pump, water pump, cam, pistons, rings and bearings. New 4BBL carb and new exhaust system. Australian standard seat belts fitted and correct RHD headlights. Blue plated for full Australian Rego.
