Bought the car as a project with no motor, had a friend to help me take the bonet off then he removed the front panel and guards. Next was the front suspension not thinking what was about to happen I was going with the flow and doing my bit to remove parts. I woke the next day looking at a EH wit no front end the Y frames were in the trailer ready for the sand blasters. since then I have been rebuilding parts and assembling the car, it’s been a lot longer than I first anticipated but it will be worth it. Well I ended up finding more rust in the floor than first thought so I put it on a rotisserie ( wish i had done it when I started it... so much easier) I have put an electric fuel pump on and run the fuel line up the left side of the car. The carbies are getting rebuilt at the moment then the engine can be started.
Hood lining has been put in as well as the front and rear windows next is to rebuild the seats and fit with the carpets the fit and gap the doors
Modifications
186 stroked with tripple SU’s, Aussi 4 speed, alloy radiator,twin 10" thermo fans, Premier seats covered in black leather, black roof lining black carpet, black dash with auto meter gauges, black door pannels. Lowered 2" all round using 14"x7 armolights with 225 tyres. Some o the parts still have to be fitted.
