I purchased this from the NSW Police Auctions in 1986 with 79000kms on it.
Drove it as my daily driver 1999, then put it in storage, but kept it registered and running until late 2020 when I put it in for the body and trim restorations.
Modifications
Apart from the body/paint and interior restorations, I have put a full Nolathane bush kit through it. Lovell Springs and Boge Gas shocks. 8" and 9.5" Snowflake wheels as supplied by Global Trim in VIC. FMX was rebuilt with 2500 Stall Converter by Transmatt Driveline in SA. Engine had a mild rebuild 120000lms ago with flat top pistons, mild cam and bored to a 355ci
