History
This ute built and sold in Australia by GMH and still have original sales brochure, and are the second owner, having had for around 30 years now.
It use to be in our business prior to restoration, now for show, follow the ute musters - classic catagory, Ute name "classic cowboy"
Has original motor running in tip top condition, a 292 ci, 4.8L unleaded tuned petrol. A four speed manual box, using only 3 as first is low low originally for farm use.
Has an 8 foot long bed with liner and specific canopy.
Thought about parting with it, still a too hard decision.
Modifications
Installed 1988 split Chevrolet seats, more comfortable than the standard bench. Original colour yellow, changed to the two pack beige for enhanced appearance.
Alloy Chevrolet wheels, still have the original steel wheels and hub caps, like the alloys for looks.
Balance is original.
