History
This car is a mostly built in my 2x car garage with a understanding wife
The only thing I didn’t do was spray job and any part of the interior that has a stitch in it as I can’t sew
The wagon arrived mostly as a shell and the repairs begun, while of a night buying and hunting parts
The floor repairs and rust repairs were done
The front chassis was removed and modified for the air bags also HZ chassis braces were installed. The Chassis was then ground to base metal and sprayed satin epoxy
The body was put on jack stands and I spent a few weekends under wags grinding back the underside to bare metal and spraying the whole thin satin black, I don’t have a rotisserie and my garage roof is not height enough for a hoist so it’s all ground work,

The under back spare wheel area was cleaned out and lined with aluminum checker plate installed in there is a air ride system and cradle for the 2x tanks compressor and control electronics, this drops in the back under floor section along with the battery, spare wheel and windscreen washer bottle.
Air lines wire installed to all corners and HUGE battery cables were run from the back to the front where there is a charging point or jump point so you don’t need to get in the under floor compartment to jump start or maintenance charge the battery A optima gel battery is used 800A
