Owned this car for several years. I saw it parked on the side of the road in circa 2004 near Manly beach, i left a note on the windscreen asking about buying it. A few months past and i got a phone call. It was $8,500 from memory. It needed plenty of rust work! I got a quote for $20K to do the bodywork, too much for a 20 year old, so i ended up doing all the bodywork myself. New sill panels, wing bottoms, floor patches etc over the period of 3 years on and off. Luckily mechanically it was already sorted. I enjoyed the car for a couple years after completion and sold it for a pittance... $17k... right before the boom in 105 prices! Saw it a couple years ago in Canberra, still looks great.
