I bought this car site unseen when I was in UK and car was in Melbourne. Have had it for 4 years and it hasn’t missed a beat. Good strong motor, gearbox etc. Always runs cool and has good oil pressure. A pleasure to drive. Is pretty stock standard except for electronic ignition that I fitted and a woodgrain steering wheel.
Car is a 1972 model with a rare round rear wheel arch. I understand that the round wheel arch was only made for a short time in 1972 after which they reverted to the square arch that had existed on Midgets and earlier Sprites since 1962. I think that the round arch models look a lot better than the square ones.
