Meet Max.
Travelled to UK in 2000 bought my dream Mini brand new. One of the final classic Minis. Having restored 3 minis prior to going to UK and never seeing a Brand New Mini in the showroom this was a dream come true. To meet the laws of importing we planned to stay 12 months but stayed 4 years. We travlled 70000 miles all over UK And Europe in Max. In 2003 we joined the Italian Job charity rally to Italy and Back with 100 other minis. Raising money for children in need. Burger King came on as our major sponsor and supported us for 12 months raising awareness of the children in need charity and donating more than £5000. Next chapter complete raising more money than any other international team before or since. Our dream and passion raising money for such a great cause. I 2004 after exactly 4 years we shipped Max and 2 other Minis back to Australia. Max now has 80000 miles and lives a retired life in a warm shed here in sunny Australia
