History
Purchased the vehicle (Gemma) in the same month Ford Australia announced plans to close local production. Had been looking for a GS Fairmont for a while when this car become available.
The plan was to simply enjoy the car as it was, but after a year sitting in the garage I decided the best thing to do was restore it back to original.
I am hoping to have the car completed by Christmas 2018.
Close friends know the car as Gemma.
Modifications
No modifications have been made except the car was originally an automatic, but some time in its life it was changed to a 4 speed toploader.
I don't plan on making any modifications to the car, as I would like it to represent correct.
