Unknown history, but I have owned/driven a few C5s previously.
Purchased in very good order, needing a modest amount of maintenance work upon purchase..
One of my favourite cars to own and drive: comfort, ergonomics, handling, performance braking, fuel economy (diesel) and presently very useful in a wagon configuration with roof racks for the building work currently being done.
I particularly like the razor sharp cruise control.
