Just turned 30K mi. One of just over 2000 units produced with the 425 in 1963. 425CI, 323 Posi Rear End, Stage II 700R4, Fully restored in 2000. Power windows, Power Vents, Seats, Trunk, Antenna, Wonder Bar Radio, Cruse Control, Guide Matic Headlights, Ice Cold Factory A/C, Full Leather Interior, Cornering Lights, Tilt Wheel, Turbine Knockoff Wheel Covers, Factory Blue Ray Tinted Glass, Remote Mirror and Four Note Horn. The car was purchased in Southern California from the 2nd owner. Nice clean car no rust. Numbers matching, the motor has never been out or opened up.
Modifications
The only real modifications have been the stereo system, Transmission, Custom made Sway Bars front and rear and Tires and Wheels. It has a complete Alpine sound system including multi amplifiers, crossover and speakers including sub woofer. All speakers are Klipsch with custom made housings for the package tray and front doors. The trans is a 700R4 from a 88 Monte Carlo SS with a complete Stage II package. Borg Warner Double Gage Sprag, 4140 Hardened Pump Rings, Sonex Welded Carrier, 500 Double O Ring Boost Valve, Kevlar Pro 9 Disk Clutch pack, Corvette Servo, B & M stage II Valve Body and shift kit. It also has a B & M 1800 stall torque Converter. The wheels are 20X8 BonSpeeds with Goodyear Eagle HP 255 35 ZR 20's. 70mph 2000RPM. Nice highway ride.
