History
This is a 1976 Ford XC Falcon 500 BSS Custom the car is completely original with very few parts been replaced since it left the factory in 1976.
I am the second owner of this car i purchased it in 2016.
The Ford had not seen daylight since 1996 in 2016 it was found sitting in a garage in SA with an original 88000 kms on the odometer its original VIC plates still on the car and all books i included a picture of how it was found, I now display the car in the most original category I am very proud of this car and do my best to maintain its originality on a tight budget if part needs replacing I only replace it with genuine Ford parts, it not perfect it has it scars and it may not be a show car but its an original part of Australian automotive history.
I bought the car because it reminded me of when i was younger and went on family holidays and went camping some of my best memory's were in one of these Fords and i hope to create new and great memory's with my family, one day I hope to pass the car onto my daughter so she can continue creating memory's with her family.
Anyone can Street machine a car and i love a good street machine but keeping and maintaining something that's factory original is very difficult and expensive but well worth the time and effort.
