History
I am the second owner of this original car, having bought it from Mario Longo (of Aquila shoes) in Melbourne - and have owned the car for 45 years. Alfa's don't like sitting still. They need to be driven daily (and in a sporty manner) in order to keep them in tune and to bring out the best in them. The car, being Automatic, is rare. A limited number were imported into Australia (296 I'm told). It had, for that time, an 'experimental' ZF 3 speed box - and second gear went all the way to 80 miles per hour (good for overtaking).
The car now resides with me, in Wodonga VIC, where I haved retired to - and it still keeps up modern cars. Of course, automotive technology has come a long way since 1975 - however there is something to be said for this era of Alfa's. No complicated technology between the driver and the road. It has brought me much joy over the years, as my daily driver.
