I bought this car on line from a car dealership in Nashville Tennessee from photos and videos in 2012. It was shipped from Georgia via the Panama Canal, across the Pacific and I picked it up from Botany Sydney. It was a relief it arrived in one piece and it was in great condition. A very exciting day and probably not a risk I would take again. I had been looking for a car like this for about two years. I am very happy with the car, it’s just what I wanted. It drives very well and sounds really good. It’s a lot of fun to drive.
Modifications
The car is almost stock. It has been restored, new paint and interior. The engine is not matching numbers but is period correct,1967 400 cc big block. Electronic ignition and aluminium intake manifold with a 4 barrel Demon carburettor. The gearbox has been upgraded to a 6 speed manual Tremec. Power Front disc, rear drum brakes. Power steering. No air/con or heater. I bought my wife a 12v electric blanket that plugs into the cigarette lighter socket for winter.
