History
Saved this vehicle in 2009, was due to be scrapped by the original owners due to not being able to drive and having handed the plates back to the transport department. Original kilometres, a little over 40 thousand, still had plastic on the rear scuff plates.
It had been sitting for some time, and so I slowly collected the necessary bits and pieces to replace existing components to bring it back up to driving condition.
After getting everything together over a few years, I took approximately 6 months to go through and replace what needed to be replaced.
End of 2017 took it for an inspection, passed without any issues.
In 2020 I happened to come across a factory style twin carb setup with manifold and a set of extractors, so these went on, along with the rest of the exhaust.
Has been a good runner and driver ever since.
Modifications
The Lancer is basically 100% original, except for audio install, and twin carb setup with extractors and exhaust.
