History
This was my Nanas car, she bought it new in 1959, it’s only ever been in my family. Nana’s name was Venie, hence the number plate. My mum learnt to drive in this car and she still has the dent in the petrol tank where she drove over a large rock. We had the car repainted in original colours in Cairns. The chrome and interior are original. And she has a nodding dog on the back window...
Modifications
Nana had the front seat modified so it lays flat and you can sleep in it, before she drove it from Ballarat to Brisbane.
