the story on this car 25 years ago a horn was honking in my driveway at 5 am went outside there was a beat up 55 chevy with 2 people inside they said we know you and your brother build hotrods my brother passed away my girl friend and I took a bus to texas after the wake we were to come home by bus my brothers wife said you can have his 55 chevy to get home so we did if you want to buy it you can have it for $500.00
it was in bad shape in rough primer dings and dents no chrome no interior but 2 front buckets the motor was perfect and trans 3 speed on the floor same motor and trans in the car 25 years later. I bought it 1 year later all done over this car is the same nothing changed 25 years
