History
The ugly pink id19 .... This was found in a shed over in Bendigo. It has been parked up probably 3decades ago with a sheered off head bolt and hydraulics that had been comtimated (ie: buggered) by putting mineral oil into them.
It’s remarkably original for a 50year old car, and features the orignal paint (heavily crows feet/buggered) paint on a several of the panels. Great patina, but can’t get wet until it’s resprayed.... which I’m not in a hurry to do, as I like the ’original’ look’.
I have rebuilt all the hydraulics and converted it too later LHM fluid and fitted a power steering rack in the process.
