History
One of only 8 Original RHD stradale examples out of a total 882 production 1,3HFs. Only available in Amaranto Montebello with a yellow and blue pinstripe representing the colours of Turin. Homologated for rallying, the 1,3HF weighed as little as 780kg with aluminium bonnet, boot and doors, Perspex rear windscreen and rear quarters, and even thinner glass on the doors and front windscreen. The interior was spartan with zero sound deadening. This example also sits on Campagnolo 13” wheels that were originally fitted on the works rally cars, a rear roll cage (front was removed for roadworthy), and has participated in historic events such as Goodwood in the UK prior to import to Australia last year. The 1,3HF was successful in Italian and European rallies throughout the late 60’s, and was superseded by the 1,6HF ‘Fanalone’ which went on to win the International Manufacturers Championship in 1972 - the precursor to the World Rally Championship.
