History
Got the car as a rolling shell, and over the last 7 months have been bringing it back to life and restoring it as best I can with the small budget I've had available which im pretty happy of so far with the progress, but i have a feeling its going to be one of those projects that just keep on going lol.
Modifications
Car had no engine so i got a series 2 a6 engine and did a full turbo conversion running a factory garrett t3 turbo, now the car is fitted a cpc forward facing intake plenum with xf throttle body and external 044 fuel pumps, raceworks 385lph intank pump also fitted adjustable fuel pressure reg, set of bosch 440cc injectors its has a full 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust and a pacemaker front pipe, refurbished 19" ve ssv wheels all round, slightly lowered rear springs, stealth hidden front mount intercooler with my own custom no holes intercooler piping kit, greddy pod filter and stainless turbo intake pipe, engine management is done with a microtech lts10 ecu and microtech dash, boost psi is controlled with a turbosmart dual stage boost controller with a missle switch to change boost settings from 10psi to 18psi, recently fitted a auto trans cooler to keep the trans temps down as im still running the na auto atm, brakes are upgraded to factory VL turbo front calipers and rotors, the diff has been fitted with a minispool to help with traction thats about it so far I think and im pretty happy with how the car goes considering its fully stock bottom end with only actual engine mods done is an arp head stud kit and cometic head gasket, next on my upgrade list is going to a high rise exhaust manifold and bigger turbo and seeing how far the stock na block can go before she lets go on me haha been told there good for 400kw, so i guess I'll just have to find out for myself what there capabilities are and see what i can get out of it before a forged bottom end will be needed hahha
