Memories
Gus was part of the family ( rego Gus 59) hence the name. Many wonderful family memories , trips and holidays were made with Gus and Fiesta our bondwood caravan. Beachside holidays at Robe, car rallies to Casterton and to Adelaide to the Bay To Birdwood Rally. Gus was accomodating for a family of 6 with plenty of room, all be it a little cold as he had no heater. We did the car up , paint, upholstery, pearl kote steering wheel, Venetian blind. Our children have never forgiven us for selling Gus. But the man who brought him off us still has the car, still in good niche , and if he ever sells it we have first option to buy it back. Perhaps Gus will be part of the family again... here’s hoping.
