Purchased the Buick from Seattle in the US IN Sept 2012..Was looking for a 50's cruiser that wasn't a Chevy as every car show that I went to was full of 50's Chevys.. Not that there was anything wrong with them but I was after something with a bit more individuality that made people say what kind of car is that.. I looked at Pontiac's, Oldsmobile, Chrysler, & Cadillac but I kept going back to the Buick as it seemed to stand out from them all so I bit the bullet & worked out a year that stood out for me in design & features... I looked at quite a number of cars all through the US before I settled on the one pictured here.. It had been in the same family for a while so I had some past history.. They had 90 % restored it as all the big costly items had been done so for me that left only some cosmetic work which is almost done now.. It drives like a lounge chair and is so comfortable to drive in, but it is not a fan of roundabouts as it becomes a big whale but I wouldn't have it any other way.. People at car shows I take it to seem to love it as much as I do...
