History
This car was imported into the country by Bill Buckle from new and converted to right hand drive professionally by the Buckle dealership.
The car is very original, with factory electric bench, power steer, black trim throughout and small block V8.
The original matching numbers engine is supplied with the car, but it has recently had a 383 stroker motor built for it and transplanted which provides more than adequate grunt. Let's say that this cruiser can get up and boogie if it needs to and now that the engine has just been run in it is time for cruising.
The engine has a roller cam, with ported steel heads and twin exhaust. A Holley 750 double pumper sits in front of a new electronic dizzy. It has a new starter motor, alternator and battery which is relocated to the boot.
Modifications
A entire new front end, heavy front sway bar and new shocks and rear sway bar has been fitted too, so she handles really good for a 18 foot long car.
Nice stereo with remote with amp located in the trunk.
There is absolutely no rust in the car and with the older paint job you know if there is none now, there is no rust that is going to turn up later, unlike some of the recently repainted classics getting around.
