Bought as a wreak about 5 yrs ago. Have spent a lot of time and money making the big single Cafe Racer I always wanted. It runs in the low 13's 1/4 mile. I use it on the road with club rego. It's all polished alloy and big thumper sound. Love it.
Modifications
4 leading shoe front brake (repro) from early 70s Yamaha road racer, alloy tank and seat. Motor has hi comp piston, ported, cam, hd valve springs, lightened flywheel, alternator removed and a Pazon total discharge ignition installed, 41mm Keihin FCR carby fitted etc etc. Frame lightened and some minor bracing done. Motogadget tacho/speedo fitted. Bike now weighs 140 kg.
