History
Owner built convertible from F38 Oldsmobile sedan, using chassis, cowl, mudgaurds and various parts as required plus very bare1938 Pontiac coupe body which had floor and panels removed to use in a unbuilt drag car. I originally built the car as a topless 'stock' convertible so followed the Fisher body book to make it as original as possible except for a triple carbed 1946 Olds flathead six engine. the car was reincarnated with 327 Chev /auto, the folding top built..bit of a hand full with stock brakes and steering, final rebuild saw HQ Holden front subframe, steering,brakes and new wheels etc, Pontiac diff ex a 1967 car, 400 Chev small block and Supercharger added...13 second quarter mile times. After 30 odd years of ownership I passed her on to a new owner late last year.
Modifications
Still has stock rear leaf springs and door handles.
