Its taken me 6 years with a tight budget to bring this Cortina back from the dead, Bare metal restoration, new front floors, couple support rails and 1 sill, every part replaced or reconditioned, interior all new, seat skins came from UK as did most of the replacement parts (worked out cheaper to purchase even with postage added), Have done everything myself except for gearbox and diff centre. Just joined a club its time to get driving
Modifications
Motor bored to 1660cc, 10.5:1 comp, acl pistons, Burton power rings, head ported, big valves and springs to suit, Clive cam 358a grind, range 3500 - 7500, bottom end balanced, acl bearings, Pacemaker tuned length extractors, Twin 45mm Webers straight out of the box, Accuspark ignition system, Holley electric fuel pump.
