History
Was looking for a good 69 Camaro for a year or so, found what was thought to be the ideal package, purchased the vehicle from interstate via phone calls and photographs, looked ok however once it arrived close examination revealed lots of rust, poorly aligned panels, damaged control arms and the more I looked the more defects were found, so instead of a patch up I stripped ever nut and bolt off the myself then bought a rotisserie and commenced a ground up re-build. Doing most of the work yourself takes a long time as many would know, however learning a lot and have a great time.
The Camaro was a three year build and finished late in 2017 enter its first car show Motorvation 32 (not that the car was built as a show car - it is built for driving on the road). Finished in the Top Ten, Best Undercarriage and Runner up best Coupe. Voted Top Ten at MAX Pinjarra, and Best Undercarriage and 2nd Best Street Machine at 2018 Hot Rod & Street Machine Spectacular.
