Growing up, I've owned as my first car was a Toyota Cressida - we purchased this car to give me the basics on how to overhaul the engine I guess
1st Car Owned: 85 Toyota Cressida with the MX73 engine rebuilt the engine with a soft budget for a 15-year-old. Worked well for a good while but she started with the overheating again... Sold off on the Quokka.
2nd Car Owned: 1996 EL Falcon GLi from South Australia, Did the engine on that and drove that from 06 to 08 roughly 70,000km ended with a yellow sticker, striped her down and sold all the parts,
3rd Car Owned for 4 months car was a BA mk2 xr6 Falcon good car the previous owner had a front end accident and was sold me to without the consent of an accident, the car had lots of issues after a while (rust started coming in on the dodgy repairs).
4th car was a BF Mk2 XR6 Turbo beautiful car purchased in 2008 with 30 odd thousand kays retired her in 2015 with 389,000km engine failed at 284,000km and tranny cooler failed killing the ZF 6 speed (changed the gearbox in one day twice after the wrecker sold me the wrong box, came from an FG falcon). The XR6turbo is parked up in my driveway still today and run her once and a while.
5th car: 2014 G6E Turbo own for one year put 100,000km on her good car traded her in.
6th Car: 2014 XF Jaguar Premium lux (WORST CAR EVER OWNED). Shocking handling, shocking comfort, shocking sat nav, shocking tech features. purchased the Jag on the 4th may 2016 and traded her in on the 15th of May 2016.
7th Car: 2012 F10 BMW 535i (Best car ever owned) I learnt that this car is sooo simple easy to service fun the program (I've taught myself ESYS BMW Programming software) purchased and picked her up on the 15th of May 2016 and today is my current car.
Modifications
Current project I'm looking on is either finding an FG xr6 turbo modified or unmodified and doing this up for Racewars 2018
I'm after some fun with the FG hoping to get some nice figures for my liking.
