Purchased as a 1/4 done project, full strip and re-build into a full custom M-Sport inspired scrambler that is a blast to ride!
Modifications
Frame: stock R65 plus Walzwerk rear subframe
Front suspension: 2008 GSXR1000 front forks, custom triples from Mark Ruddock, Messner moto front guard
Rear suspension: custom top line YSS M-Sport shocks 350mm long
Motor: Siebenrock 863cc kit 32mm bings with custom intakes and DNA pod filters. MSD custom 8mm spark plug leads, DYNA dual coil. Electronic wedgetail ignition, 320CCA lithium battery, Sport Evolution under gearbox battery box, rec reg to suit.
Electronics: Motogadget inc M-unit, Tiny, Button and lock
Exhaust: custom fabricated by Hostyl Customs, Kelpi customs mufflers
Lights: Messner moto headlight, Kellerman fr indicators, Motogadget mo.blaze rear indicators, Shinyo cube tailight
Controls: Bonamici racing levers, Rebel moto LED switches, Sport Evolution scrambler bars, Motogadget soft grips, Flat racer Forward sets
Mirrors: Messner moto V2 bar ends
Brakes: GSXR1000 front, Hel performance lines, factory drum rear
Seat: Walzwerk base, Kelpi Custom seat foam and trim, BMW tri-colour stitching with Alcantara insert
Tank: R65 MONO tank adapted to suit, paintwork by “The Paint Doctor” with custom mix 3 layer white pearl with M-sport stripes, custom bronze pearl on toolbox lid, Sport Evolution billet tank cap.
Wheels: stock snowflakes, custom front disc adaptors, Heidenau K60 tyres
