History
Car was my wifes first, purchased in 1986. A 1.2 litre 3K with a toyoglide 2 speed auto in Mustard duco. At least until she was run into by a drunk driver in 1990. Her words were ' i saw him coming but couldnt get away quick enough'. problem solved, she got my car and i inherited this little horror. A stripdown was started with the intention of a fun little road car that could be enjoyed on weekends in club runs. I drove the car until 1996 when it came off the road and has lived in the garage since awaiting my mid life crisis and some time and money to play again. And that time is here, rebuild just starting to remove some rot and get it running again......
Modifications
balanced 5K motor running TRD internals, twin 40mm webers and a meaty cam, rebuilt brakes, suspension, diff, gearbox ( still 4 speed ), Bond alloy cage , drivers OBX seat with harness, Hyashi Street 13*7 rims etc etc
At home waiting i have TE27 flares and front spoiler, a new old stock dash top, TE27 gauge set, Cusco Strut brace and a few other bits and pieces.
