History
Manufactured at the Ford Atlanta GA Plant in late 1969 before being shipped to the Alabama sales district where it was sold to Mr Leonard A Poe early in 1970. He purchased the car new as a surprise gift for his wife, but she did not like the fact that it didnt have air conditioning. Most recently restored and kept by a collector in Bessemer, Alabama with a number of other classic muscle Fords including Mustangs. Painted in 2004 this car is a tribute to its previous owners. Shipped to Australia from the Ford showroom floor in Alabama this Torino is a rare car in Australia and also becoming rare in the USA.
Modifications
Car is as it left the factory. Has rare hide-away headlights, rear radio speakers, AM/FM radio and ribbon tacho dash.
