History
The car was in Qld for most of it’s life. Sold new in ’74 to G W Mayne of Zillmere Qld. and then bought by a David Dawson of Kallangur in ’84 for $4,900. From the Early 90’s to ’05 it was owned by the Baker family in the same area North of Brisbane. Lots of work was carried out by them including the 202 Red engine in ’94 and bucket seats. Anti- Rust treatment and new diffs in ’97-’98 and I think at some stage in their ownership it was resprayed white, as before that it had a light green body and white hardtop. In ’94 it had 54K on the odometer.
In ’05 it was sold to Harry Jackson of Reedy Creek Qld., and he continued to do a lot of expensive work to the vehicle. Harry was an old codger who obviously lavished a lot of love on the vehicle. He sadly passed away 8 months ago. He sold it for $4,500 in 2011 with 72K on the clock, to Tom Brenton & Donna Stringer of Kyancutta S.A. I rang them and they said they bought it to use on their farm for "the wife" to bring out m/tea, lunch etc. for the farm workers, but found the vehicle too rough! :bounce1: Uh Huh!

Holden 202 6 cylinder engine in ’94. Scorpion 17 inch tyres.
