History
I've owned this car since I was 18 (now 55). She has been there for our 5 children as a daily drive over the years. The whole family refuses to let me part with her. Years of being parked near the ocean took its toll, so I had to decide to restore or dump. The former decision was adopted by the entire family. The restoration took more than 5 years.
Modifications
Engine was a 308 now a 350 chev (earlier models had this option)
Transmission was a 3 speed auto now a 5 speed Tremec
The original chassis was too far gone now it has a Castlemain Rod shop frame.
Better brakes, better steering.
Original Seats recovered in leather instead of vinyl.
