Australia assembly by Harden & Johnston. Sold new August 1954. Purchased 1973. Stored 1976-2008. Restored 2011-15.
French utilitarianism at its best - no frills, not even an ashtray.
Modifications
Insert big end bearings in place of direct metal (as introduced to the 203 in September 1954. Stretch vinyl trim rather in original colour rather than the unobtainable non-stretch variety and synthetic headlining rather than wool. Otherwise nut and bolt perfect in accordance with the parts book.
