Dads Ex victorian daily drive 6 cylinder he moved over here to SA and was going to send to scrap and buy a SA rego’d car so I grabbed it stripped running gear out and put the 351 cleveland and c4 auto.Built for burnout comps only.And to anyone who is told,like I was,a cleveland v8 is a straight drop in I can tell you it is not.I had problems with left hand head hitting firewall,heater pipes out of firewall was fouling the head also and worst of all the transmission crossmember does not line up with original bolts so I had to get a 5mm plate measure and drill 4 holes in it and bolt to gearbox mount point on crossmember and bolts to the bottom of the gearbox mount on the trans,very solid but pain in a***.But overall it is a tight budget build that has turned out ok,last competition it blew the tyres in just under a minute and didnât miss a beat.Any backing would be appreciated even just traveling costs to go to country events or maybe entrance fees.Hogs Breathe Cafe were generous enough to let me use their pig logo even sending me some large Hogs Breathe Racing stickers,baseball caps and socks,a big thanks goes out to Greg "Disco" Miller from Hogs Breathe for those.If you watch the video that was taken with a welded up 2:77 Diff center now it has a spooled up 28 spline 3:45 Diff center so should nearly get top gear burnouts :)
