History
I bought this Torana for my next project. It was a complete car and in excellent original condition. It had the original rubber boot mat, spare and jack all in place. Apart from some rust in two doors and a small ding in the right rear that had cracked the taillight it is a straight and rust free car. My son and I have stripped the car back to bare metal and sealed and primed it. I want to build a retro-tech slr 5000 with an injected 5.0L engine and matching transmission. Outside it will be flares and spoilers and inside custom but utilising mostly Torana parts such as dash and door trims. Brake and handling upgrades and custom exhaust.
Next its out with the glass, dash, remove everything from the engine bay and under the car and soda blasting the rest of the body. Can’t wait.
