I bought this Calais in March 2019 to replace my WH Statesman (engine went to god).
It had cream cloth interior with full electric seats.
I swapped the cloth for cream leather, added a Sony XAV-AX3000 headunit and installed LED bulbs into the headlights.
It had a very healthy Ecotec in it and it was always well serviced but one day in January 2020, when I was driving on a highway, the engine started knocking and I knew it requires a replacement.
I replaced it with another Ecotec and drove it for a other 9 months until I bought the Caprice which I still currently own.
