History
This incomplete bike was sold to the previous owner at a swap-meet, and he then cleaned and powder-coated many of the parts, before roughly stacking them together and advertising the bike on eBay. I bought it for $2500, and have since spent quite a bit on a second hand clutch, outer and inner front chaincases, a Lucas dynamo, new fork stanchions and bushes, and many other smaller components such as chains, cables, control levers etc.
Modifications
I intend to fit an electronic regulator to extract 12v out of the 6v dynamo. Everything else will remain as it would have been in 1949.
