History
The previous owner built this car up as a "kit" from parts collected over many years. Most of the vehicle corresponds closely to the 1929 Austin 7 "Chummy", so called because of the enforced friendship between the passengers, due to the unusually small dimensions of the car.
Modifications
A digital inverter takes 12v from the 6v dynamo, and so 12v globes are fitted, and of course, a 12v battery. This works the 6v starter and horn quite briskly. The wipers are vacuum operated.
